Sizing systems are not perfectly interchangeable and brands may use different grading. This calculator uses a simplified standard conversion to suggest a starting point; it cannot account for breast shape, bra style, or brand-specific fit.

How to check your bra fit

  • The band should sit level around your body and feel comfortably firm.
  • Cups should contain breast tissue without persistent spilling or empty gaps.
  • The straps should stay in place without carrying most of the support.
  • Try the suggested size and a nearby sister size where available. Comfort is the final test.
